What happens when we reach our 100 gb of file storage?
Great question. When your account reaches its 100 GB of storage, you will be automatically upgraded with an alert letting you know. Below are the storage tiers: 250 GB = $129 mo. , 500 GB = $149 mo. , 1 TB = $199 mo. , 2 TB = $249 mo.
,4 tb = $399 mo. This is including your $99 a month subscription plan.
What kind of files can I store on my account?
We will make this easy. The only file you can't store currently is video files. But this is coming soon.
Is there any limits with the free plan?
The only limits are you can have a total of two users, including yourself, and 1 GB of file storage.
Do I need an account to schedule a free platform session?
No, you don't. Currently, you can only set up an account after we have met with you.
How many paid sessions can we purchase?
Great question. You can purchase them as needed and as many as you and your team need.
Do you have a video help center?
Yes, we do. Once your account is active, you have access to all our video training resources.
